nationally among the 14 company-owned Centers of Excellence
His team won
Outstanding Production Award, Founders Club, Chairman of the Board Club and
President's Club during his 7 year management tenure, followed by 5 years as an
associate franchisee (earned both Platinum and Emerald Club).
He was
certified to teach all 10 of the Carnegie programs, a distinction of less than
1% of the 2500 associates worldwide.
In a
celebrated, documented training intervention project over six months, Mr.
Breeding delivered the highest ever Return-on-Investment statistical study in
Carnegie history at 314% ROI (return on investment, Level 5) in partnership with PRO &
Dr. Jack Phillips. As a result, awarded the
prestigious & coveted "Trainer of the Year" by the Piedmont Triad chapter of the
American Society for Training & Development in 1999

My father is US Navy
retired Command Master Chief, E9, so I was born in Seattle, WA (6 yrs), Dallas TX (5 years), San
Francisco CA (2 yrs, in 1968-'69 Peace, brother), and Pensacola, FL
from the 8th grade on. Both parents are Texans, tracing back some
lineage to Breeding, Kentucky outside of Bowling Green. That should end the 'breeding' jokes...
the finest horses are bred in Kentucky.
We've been in North Carolina, just north of Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point (Piedmont Triad) for 14 years... and love it here. I don't mind sharing a photo of our beautiful family, and bride of 22 years. If children are your "pearls" then I've got a full-length string of them ......
Yes, we live in a log home on Belews Lake where I've maintained a home office for over 15 years on the water of this 88-mile shoreline at 850' elevation green, clear lake that is surrounded by 98% pristine woods .. about 25 miles from the Virginia border. It's about Quality of Life..... amen? So, a question --
